First Homes in ‘Haven,’ a 1 Million Square Meter Community on Dubai’s E611, Expected to be delivered in Q3-2027

In Dubai, Aldar, the renowned Abu Dhabi master developer, is expanding its expertise in creating a mixed-use community named ‘Haven’ by Aldar. This development is strategically located opposite the Al Habtoor Polo Resort along the E611 corridor, offering an expansive 1 million square meter community.

The sales launch is on the horizon, with 462 upscale homes set to be available out of the planned 2,428 units at Haven. Prospective buyers can choose from 3-bedroom townhouses starting at Dh2.5 million and 3-bedroom villas starting from Dh3.5 million. Earlier this year, Aldar solidified its entry into the Dubai market by collaborating with Dubai Holding. This venture involves the launch of three distinct community projects.

The first phase of Haven by Aldar is scheduled to commence construction in Q2-2024, with anticipated handovers slated for Q3-2027. This 3-year delivery timeline is highly significant for investors and real estate agents, underscored by Aldar’s strong track record of on-time delivery in Abu Dhabi.

Expanding Beyond Abu Dhabi – Aldar’s Footprint Grows

Aldar’s foray into Dubai marks its second venture into a new domestic market outside of Abu Dhabi, following its acquisition of a portfolio of prestigious assets in Ras Al Khaimah, including Al Hamra Mall.
