WOW Resorts Plans to Invest an Additional Dh3 Billion in the UAE in the Coming Months.
Ras Al Khaimah has witnessed the launch of the first-ever JW Marriott branded residential property in the GCC, valued at Dh4.8 billion. The JW Marriott Residences & JW Marriott Al Marjan Island Resort is set to be situated on the emirate’s distinctive island, which has experienced a surge in property launches following the announcement of the integrated gaming resort.
This project stems from the collaboration announced in November 2023 between WOW Resorts, a premium resort and residential developer, and Marriott International. The completion of the project is anticipated by 2026.
The property market in Ras Al Khaimah is reaching unprecedented heights, with home prices on Al Marjan Island soaring by 35-50% since the beginning of 2023. The combined JW Marriott Residences & JW Marriott Al Marjan Island Resort encompasses a diverse portfolio of 474 residences, presenting an array of options including 1, 2, 3, and 4-bedroom residences, as well as luxurious penthouses. Additionally, the development features 264 guest rooms.
