The sole low-rise apartment building in the region is Old Town, which is situated in Downtown Dubai. One of the top developers in the area, Emaar Properties, is responsible for its development. The architectural design that was used to construct this region is referred to as “Old.” The region’s construction was finished in 2006. Properties in Old Dubai are very different from those in the nearby Downtown Burj neighborhood.
