147 Plots Sold For Up To Dh1.12 Billion, And 2,023 Homes And Villas Were Bought For Dh4.79 Billion.
As per figures released by the Dubai Land Department, 2,703 real estate transactions totaling Dh8 billion took place during the week ending October 21, 2022. A total of 147 plots were sold for Dh1.12 billion, and Dh4.79 billion was spent on 2,023 apartments and villas. The top deals involved two pieces of land. One sold for Dh63 million in Island 2 and another for Dh85 million in Al Thanayah.
With 48 sales worth Dh151.59 million, Jabal Ali First had the most transactions this week. Followed by Hadaeq Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid with 18 sales worth Dh421.33 million and Al Yufrah 2 with 11 sales worth Dh13 million. The top three sales of apartments and villas were one in Business Bay for Dh537 million. One in Marsa Dubai for Dh671 million, and one in Palm Jumeirah for Dh955 million.
The total value of mortgaged properties during the week was Dh1.72 billion. Land on Palm Jumeirah has the highest mortgage amount at Dh416 million. In the meantime, 107 properties worth Dh387 million were distributing among first-degree relatives.
