This service enables property owners to submit service charge payments to bank accounts sanctioned by the Real Estate Regulatory Agency. Owners can then provide payment receipts to the property management company. How to Check Service Charges via the DLD Website
Visit the DLD website’s service charge index page at https://dubailand.gov.ae/en/eservices/service-charge-index-overview/#/
Click on ‘Access this service,’ and you will have three options to inquire about service charges.
1. Check Service Charges via Title Deed Number:
- Input the certificate number or title deed number
- Specify the year of certificate issuance, property type, and the year for which you want to inquire about service charges
- Verify yourself as a user and complete the captcha
- Click ‘calculate’
2. Check Service Charges via the Service Fees Indicator:
- Select the project name from the dropdown menu
- Choose the usage type (e.g., office, residential, retail)
- Indicate the year you wish to inquire about
- Verify yourself as a user and complete the captcha
- Click ‘calculate’
3. Check Service Charges via Locator Map:
- Verify yourself as a user and complete the captcha
- Select the area where the property is located
- A menu will appear on the right
- Choose the project name from the dropdown.
- Select the usage type (e.g., office, residential, retail)
- Specify the year you want to inquire about
- Click ‘calculate’
