Majid Al Futtaim Communities Is Building “Islands” At Tilal Al Ghaf

Majid Al Futtaim Communities

Launch Of The Ultra-Luxury Tilal Al Ghaf Cluster By Majid Al Futtaim Properties

Developer Majid Al Futtaim Communities is bringing the “island” inside the upscale Tilal Al Ghaf development in Dubai. The “Lanai Island” is going to construct on the Lagoon Al Ghaf. Consequently, Lanai Island will be the “first phase of Island Landholdings. A new ultra-luxury idea under the banner of “Signature Living by Majid Al Futtaim”.

Edge mansions with four to eight bedrooms and a gross floor area (GFA) of 20,094 square feet will be available on Lanai Island. The first of two private islands will available for sale. The typical plot is just under 26,000 square feet in size.

It is a novel experience for the area. “Lanai Island mega-mansions are crafted to convey a lifestyle. That surpassed expectations by combining the seclusion. Tranquility of island paradise living with simple access to Dubai’s urban hubs,” said Hawazen Esber, from Majid Al Futtaim.

The ‘Shore’ homes on Lanai Island, nine of which are offered in this initial release. That has a GFA of 16,102 sq. ft. and 40 meters of open waterfront. The typical plot measures 23,614 square feet. The interiors of the mansions designed by Kelly Hoppen Interiors and by the South African architect SAOTA.

Posh Destination

In the past three years, the all-villa community of Tilal Al Ghaf has been one of the city’s most popular places to live affluently. Developers who are willing to pay a premium have been steadily adding to the developer’s residential options in recent months. In the secondary market, the project is still closely watched. Moreover, it is able to compete with the high-profile transactions taking place at the Palm Jumeirah, Emirates Hills, Jumeirah Bay, and Dubai Hills.

Tilal Al Ghaf’s visibility increases by the addition of two islands and by the limited number of villa releases. Investor visibility increases by having a lagoon run-through, whether it is at Sobha’s Hartland or One the MBR City. The situation for DAMAC’s Lagoons, a project with water as its main theme, is very similar.
