31 Penthouses And The Stunning Three-Story Sky Villa, With Nine Bedrooms And A Personal 13,000 Square-Foot Patio, Will Be Housed In The 27-Story Bvlgari Lighthouse.

An apartment at the Bvlgari Lighthouse on Jumeirah Bay Island has been sold for a stunning Dh410 million ($112 million). Making it, the most expensive flat ever sold in the emirate. The nine-bedroom residence is 38,970 square feet in size, with a balcony/terrace measuring 13,066 square feet.

A Dh163.4 million apartment at Royal Atlantis the Palm held the old record for the most costly. The most expensive home was sold for Dh600 million on the pinnacle of Palm Jumeirah‘s N frond.

However, the real estate brokerage and buyer of the Dh410 million condominium remained anonymous. Property Monitor, which offers real estate data analytics, tools, research, and platforms to professionals throughout the sector, validated and confirmed the sale.

The 27-story Bvlgari Lighthouse, which will be built by master developer Meraas. That will feature four- and five-bedroom ultra-luxury apartments with starting costs of Dh64 million. It will have 31 penthouses and a stunning three-story Sky Villa with nine bedrooms and a unique 13,000 sq. ft. balcony that overlooks the Arabian Sea and Dubai’s cityscape.

On February 1, 2023, the apartment with the highest price tag will be found on one of the tower’s top floors. Buyers can pay with cash, cryptocurrency, and credit cards, according to the developer’s website. The tower is expected to be finished in June 2027. According to the developer’s website, “Bvlgari Lighthouse will be among the highest yielding off-plan projects built in Dubai this year with estimated returns of 20 percent yearly.”
