69-Story “Aire Dubai” Properties Triplex, Duplexes, And Penthouses Are Purchased As Part Of The Deal.
A Dh650 million purchase for a group of units at a new tower complex on Sheikh Zayed Road was completed. Just over a month and a half into 2023 as per the city’s real estate market. Units’ prices are starting at Dh8.2 million, and delivery expectation in Q4 of 2026. Five bedrooms, two maid rooms, two “retreat” rooms, and a full office. Moreover a gym, a sauna, a spa-like en-suite, and a private patio with a 2-meter pool will all be included in the triplex. The outdoor lounge and jacuzzi on the top level of the main terrace have a direct view of the Burj Khalifa.
