Samana Developers has launched two of its planned 12 project launches for the year. Taking inspiration from the Greek islands. The two projects named ‘Santorini‘ and ‘Mykonos‘ in Dubai Studio City will cost Dh320 million to build. Samana Developers aims to create island-style living with an environmentally sustainable design. That includes green areas and solar panels for in-house power generation.

The CEO, Imran Farooq, said the COVID-19 outbreak prompted them to go for island designs, providing a healthy and sustainable environment. The new concept of island living in Dubai‘s real estate is popular with European buyers, added Farooq.  The projects will offer ample water, fresh air, and plantation to its residents.

Santorini schedules for an April 2025 handover. That will be situated opposite Dubai Autodrome and 10 minutes from Global Village and IMG World. It will offer 157 studio, one, two, and three-bedroom apartments with private pools. On the other hand, the Dh170 million Mykonos will have 198 units and is likely to be completed by July 2025.
