Sobha Realty Has Signed A Deal With Umm Al Quwain Properties To Create A Private Waterfront Community.
Sobha Realty has partnered with Umm Al Quwain Properties to establish a secluded waterfront community on Al Siniya Island. Announced on Monday, this venture is set to become a premier destination for luxury real estate seekers.
PNC Menon, Chairman and Founder of Sobha Group, signed the development contract, and Sheikh Mansour bin Ibrahim Al Mualla, Managing Director of Umm Al Quwain Properties. The ceremony took place at Al Diwan Al Amiri and was witnessed by Sheikh Rashid bin Saud bin Rashid Al Mualla, Crown Prince of Umm Al Quwain. The investment and scale of the residential units remain undisclosed.
The Crown Prince expressed that Al Siniya Island will offer a luxurious, serene lifestyle while preserving its rich biodiversity and historical essence. He emphasized the project’s potential to boost community prosperity and uphold sustainable development. This initiative showcases Umm Al Quwain’s commitment to blending modernity with its natural and historical heritage.
PNC Menon highlighted that this project would set new luxury standards and offer a unique living experience. He remarked on the significance of this collaboration with the Umm Al Quwain government, aiming to craft an exclusive, eco-friendly retreat on the island.
